USA Ninja Challenge has established dress codes for students to ensure the safety of our students and coaches. Students should be dressed appropriately for the activity in which they participate. Dress codes will be enforced. If a participant wears clothing that is not suitable for this activity, they will be asked to change or make adjustments before entering the gym.
All Ninjas should wear and bring:
- Short sleeve T-shirt or tank
- Shorts (long pants/leggings are acceptable as long as they are tight fitting)
- Long hair must be put up with hair ties, scrunchies or clips.
- Do not use bobby pins, as they have been known to cause injuries to the head, if fallen upon.
- Bring a water bottle! A water fountain fill station is located on the first floor. Water only please.
Never wear the following:
- Necklaces, dangling earrings, bracelets, belts, watches, fit bits, etc.
- All of these items get caught on clothing, equipment or other people and will break or cause injury.
- Long sleeves - can get caught or hinder a coach from spotting
- Loose Pants - can get caught or pulled down easily
- Hoodies, sweat shirts, dresses or other loose clothing.
- All of these can cause an injury to a coach when spotting or to a student if clothing gets caught on equipment.
- Gloves, grips or hand wear of any type. These items can be dangerous when used on different types of gripped obstacles.
If you have a question about whether or not a particular piece of apparel is acceptable, please ask before sending your child to class.
Drop-off and Pick-up
We are located at 175 Mansfield Ave, 22 Norton, MA 02766. Your child should arrive 5-10 minutes before his/her scheduled class time. If dropping off, please pick up your child on time. Make sure that your child knows to wait for you inside the building. Please inform us if you will be late to pick up your child.
Ninja Tech
You may observe our instructors using tablets in the gym while coaching. These are used to take roll, organize class groups, and assess skills during class. These tablets interact with the screens that you see in the gym and viewing area to display skill achievements for the ninjas during their class times.
At our gym, we strive to ensure students receive four classes each month. And in some months, depending on the calendar, students have an opportunity to attend five classes(provided there are no holidays, breaks, or weather-related closures).
· Holidays/Planned Breaks: If a holiday or planned break closure prevents your child from attending four classes in a month, we will issue a makeup token to ensure they have the opportunity to make up the missed class.
· Personal Absences: If your child cannot attend a scheduled class, you’ll need to submit an absence request through your account portal before the missed class to receive a makeup token. This allows us to provide the time slot to other families for their makeup class.
At USA Ninja Challenge, our goal is to provide the best and safest experience for our ninjas. On occasions when indoor temperatures are too hot (we’ll use both temperature and relative humidity to look at the heat index), we may choose to shorten or cancel classes for the day to ensure a comfortable and effective training environment for everyone.
If we do need to close due to the heat, our enrolled students will receive a makeup token, which can be used at any time as long as the student remains actively enrolled with us. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we prioritize quality training conditions for all our athletes.
We will follow the Norton, MA School District’s school closure schedule. If the district closes for the day, classes for that day will be cancelled (unless otherwise announced specifically on our Facebook page or by email). Unfortunately, winter weather-related closures are beyond our control, and we will issue makeup tokens for these occurrences. We appreciate your understanding.
Using Makeup Tokens (Starting December 1st, 2025)
· Each student will get one makeup token (due to a class absence) per enrolled class per month. You may get an additional token due to holiday/planned break etc. as outlined above.
· Makeup token class requests must be scheduled through our portal and you must bean active student at the time of the makeup to use a token. Makeup tokens will expire in 45 days.
· At times, availability for makeup sessions may be limited due to high class enrollment, so we recommend scheduling early as makeups are not guaranteed.
